3L Jessica Zaki has had her paper “Legislation or Litigation: Separation of Powers in the Age of Artificial Intelligence Regulation” accepted for publication in the Spring 2027 issue of the Syracuse Journal of Science and Technology Law. The paper was written as part of Professor James Cooper's AI and the Law class.

On the Road

Professor Joanna Sax participated as an invited panelist in "Health Equity Under the Trump Administration" and as a discussant in "Current Events in Health Law and Bioethics" at the Southeastern Association of Law Schools (SEALS) 2026 Conference in Amelia Island, Florida, on July 31.


Bhashini Weerasinghe, Interim Director, Career and Professional Development Office, was a panelist for "Dialogue on Diversity: Cultural Barriers to Estate Planning," presented by the DEI Division of the San Diego County Bar Association on July 22.
