The season of orientation for incoming first year students and transfer students is upon us! As we welcome our new students to the Saint Mary's community we encourage you to say hello, help lost students & guests find their way, and be willing to answer questions folks might have as they navigate campus.

Gael Pantry & Legacy Garden Farm Stand

  • Every Wednesday from 11-12 PM (June 4th-August 13th) in Ferrogiarro Quad
  • Come by for produce, flowers, herbs, honey, and gael pantry goods

Summer Updates & Reminders


Where is the Ageno B laundry room located?

  • The laundry room is located directly outside the south facing hallway (towards Ageno C). Residents will exit the building and turn right.


Where is the Ageno B trash/dumpster?

The trash receptacles are located outside of the West exit of the building.


Where are the lounges and common spaces in Ageno B?

Common lounges are located on the first and second floors of the building. There is also a study room on the second floor across from room 205!


Where can I pick up toilet paper?

Toilet paper can be picked from the Office of Residential Experience, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Do you want to be a Mover & Shaker?


Returning students are invited to assist with First Year & Transfer move-in. We need your help and your presence provides a warm welcome for our new, incoming students!


We have two opportunities for you to consider:


Opportunity #1: 2025 Weekend of Welcome Leader (WOWie)

Returning students (serving as a WOWie) that will be living in a residence hall for the Fall 2025 semester will be eligible to move-in on Sunday, August 10, 2025. If you will be living in a SMC residence hall, please indicate that in your volunteer form.

The Deadline for Weekend of Welcome Leader sign ups will be Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Students applying for the WOWie program through this application, will complete a brief Zoom interview with Orientation Staff. 


WOWie Dates of Service:

WoWie Training: August 10 - 18, 2025

Weekend of Welcome Programming: August 19 - 24, 2025


Opportunity #2: 2025 Mover & Shaker

Returning students (serving as a Mover & Shaker) that will be living in a residence hall for the Fall 2025 semester will be eligible to move-in on Friday, August 15, 2025 from 4:00-6:00 PM. If you will be living in a SMC residence hall, please indicate that in your volunteer form.


Fall 2025 New Student Move-In Days will be Tuesday, August 19 and Thursday, August 21.

Tues., August 19 (1:00pm-3:00pm) & Thurs. August 21 (9:00am-1:00pm)

The Deadline for Movers & Shakers volunteer sign up will be Tuesday, July 1, 2025. 

Toilet Paper is Available

If you are in need of toilet paper, you are welcome to stop by the Office of Residential Experience, Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM to pick up supplies.
