Happy Spooky Season Gaels!

As the leaves start to change and midterms approach, it’s the perfect time to find your rhythm. Take advantage of the cozy fall weather to reflect, recharge, and refocus on your goals. Whether you're hitting the books, exploring new hobbies, or connecting with friends, remember that balance is key. Don’t forget to check out upcoming campus events and take a break to enjoy the beautiful autumn scenery!

Stay motivated, stay balanced, and have an amazing October!

Facilities wants your feedback!

Please take 5 minutes (seriously that's it) to complete the Facilities Services Feedback Survey. Your feedback is critical to improving the Saint Mary's student experience.

Remember that decisions are made by those who show up!

Campus Housing

Room Change Request Form will close on October 8

and can be accessed in your Housing portal via your MyStMarys

The Room Change Form will open the 3rd week of the semester (Monday, September 9th 2024) and will stop collecting submissions after the 6th week of the semester (Friday, October 8, 2024). Room changes can be processed after week 6, but new submissions will not be received.

Please note once a request is received we need to review what spaces are available, notify potential roommates of an incoming resident, check the space to make sure it's empty and cleaned, etc., so the process can take some time even when there is a space available--please have patience and remember room change request preferences are not guaranteed.

Room change requests must be re-submitted each semester, and campus housing will reach out to students if there is a room offer based on your submission request.

If you were previously on a waitlist for a particular room type this past summer, you will want to submit this form, as the waitlists will be discontinued once the semester has started as we transition to our typical Room Change Request Process.
