Did you know we offer Xfinity On Campus to residential students?

Campus Housing is proud to be able to provide on-campus residents with Xfinity HDTV service on Campus both streaming and coaxial service. TV sets are able to be plugged directly into the wall and then be sure to perform an auto channel scan (from the setup menu of your TV) You should use the remote that came with your TV. There is no need for an individual cable box in your room.

Residential Cleaning - Updates

Starting July 1st, the cleaning services for townhouse and suite-style housing has been reduced to once per month. During these monthly cleanings, custodial staff will continue to provide essential services such as bathroom cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, and the replenishment of toilet paper and trash bags. We understand that this is a significant change, so please plan accordingly.

Townhouse & suite-style residence halls have all been provided with a cleaning schedule. Please talk to your residential staff if you have questions.

Updated Information Regarding Cleaning Services

We recently received notification from Facilities regarding what should be cleaned during your monthly cleaning service. You can expect that the following should be cleaned in your space (if applicable):

Empty garbage cans
Clean kitchen
Clean stove
Clean shower
Clean restroom
Clean living room
Replenish toilet paper
Dusting
Vacuuming

If these areas are not being cleaned and/or tasks are not being completed please submit a work order. You are also welcome to email the Office of Residential Experience at reslife@stmarys-ca.edu and we can assist you with your work order.

The Pub

The Pub will be closed 10/14 - 10/25 for renovations.

The divisions of Student Life and Facilities Services, in partnership with the Good Eating Company (GEC), are excited to announce renovations to the 1928 Saint Mary’s Pub! Beginning Monday, October 14, the Pub will be closed for two weeks for construction that will expand the seating area, provide greater space for events, and create a more welcoming atmosphere. Construction will include the removal and repair of walls, flooring improvements, repairing ceiling supports, and the creation of more functional event areas.

We love that you're using the green boxes!

As a reminder, green boxes should be returned to their designated collection receptacles outside of Oliver Hall or outside of Cafe Louis. Green boxes should not be left on trash cans.

Failure to return your box to the appropriate receptacle may result in a $5 charge to your student account.

Please make sure to remove any remaining food out of your green boxes before returning!

Toilet Paper is Available

If you are in need of toilet paper, you are welcome to stop by the Office of Residential Experience, Monday-Friday from 9:00 - 4:30 PM to pick up supplies.

We understand that this is a significant change so we encourage all roommates/suite mates to work together to clean your townhouses & suites on the weeks when you do not have custodial service. This includes regularly taking out the trash and cleaning your bathrooms. This might also look like purchasing your own toilet paper and garbage/recycling bags and sharing the cost among roommates/suite mates.

Select the green Request Service button to enter your request.
Enter your request by submitting the requested fields. Please be sure to select the blue button at the bottom of the screen to complete your request.
