Dress for the event is business or golf casual. We appreciate no jeans and no head gear in the sessions. We also ask that you remember to turn your mobile devices to silent or vibrate. The Opening SociALL is business casual or golf attire. Attire for the Awards Ceremony is the same. If attending the Sunset Gondola Reception please bring a coat. The gondola cars are not heated. you'll have the opportunity to visit outside and it can get chilly on the mountain. Don't forget your camera!

Continuing Education Credits
The main conference education program begins on Tuesday, March 5
at 8:00 am. with the Opening Ceremonies in the Ballroom at the Conference Centre. For the Tuesday - Thursday sessions, if you are interested in obtaining your provincial IPM and/or pesticide license recertification credits you will need to
ENSURE you sign the forms at the END of the SESSIONS.
We have incorporated a 10 minute window between sessions to do this and for you to get to the next session. Please make sure you see one of our staff or volunteers just outside the session room. You will still need to track your own attendance at the sessions, but this is the back-up that gets sent to the various agencies verifying your attendance at the session
All Specialized Learning Workshops on Monday will have traditional sign in sheets. Please make sure that you sign the appropriate sheet at the end of the SLW.

at the CEC options for all SLW and Conference Education Sessions. Note we are still waiting for a couple of additional approvals.
This year the trade show will be held at the Fairmont Banff Springs Conference Centre, 2nd Floor which is just across the street from the hotel. You can also access the conference centre inside from the Fairmont. The Opening Trade Show SociALL is on Tuesday and will start at 4:00 pm. to 7:00 pm. All registrants and exhibitors are welcomed and encouraged to attend!
Dedicated trade show times starts Wednesday at 9:00 am. until 2:00 pm. Lunch will be available as well as the Industry Sessions, so you can continue your learning during your time in the show.

will take place on Tuesday after the SociALL at Banff Ave Brewery from 7:30 - 9:30 pm.
Annual General Meeting
is Wednesday, March 6 at 7:00 am, breakfast will be served starting at 6:30 am for CGSA members. All members must check-in with staff and only voting members will get a voting card.
