Capitol Tech Doctoral Student Speaks at IEEE Conferences on
AI Governance and Cybersecurity
Cyber Leadership doctoral student and researcher, Vikram Kulothungan, was invited
to present at two conferences hosted by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the world's largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. As a leading subject matter expert in AI governance and cybersecurity, Vikram performs important research that focuses on addressing the complex challenges of AI regulation across jurisdictions.

Signal 9 Cyber Battle Team Shines in Recent Competitions
Capitol Tech's cyber battle team, Signal 9, has had an exciting season this year with impressive placements and learning experiences along the way. In January, the team competed for the 2025 Mid-Atlantic CCDC Qualifiers and was awarded 8th place!
In March, they participated in the ISTS symposium hosted by RIT in Rochester, NY.
Next up in April is Summit CTF at Virginia Tech and BSides Charm in Towson, MD.

Aviation Visitor's Day Event on March 22
Join us on Saturday, March 22 at 10 a.m. for a fun-filled morning at Tipton Airport for prospective students and their parents who want to learn more about our
Aviation Professional Pilot Program. Activities will include presentations,
on-ground plane demonstrations, flight simulator lab experiences,
and tours of the airport facilities.
