Capitol Tech First in Maryland to Offer B.S. in Artificial Intelligence
Capitol Technology University is proud to announce that we are the first university in Maryland to offer a Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence, providing students the opportunity to explore this exciting field. As AI continues to evolve and integrate into various industries, our program positions students at the forefront of this rapidly growing sector.
This cutting-edge degree offers curricula in programming and algorithms, generative AI
modeling, advanced machine learning, data analytics, and ethical considerations of AI.

On Tuesday, Oct. 1, Capitol Tech will be attending the UWIC Conference, hosted by The Cyber Guild and held at the Army Navy Country Club in Arlington, VA. This conference features a vibrant community and a dynamic agenda with world class leaders, speakers,
and experts in their field. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or novice, this event provides an opportunity to explore the latest trends, technologies, and workforce

Capitol Tech Adjunct Offers Insights on CrowdStrike Outage
Capitol Tech Dissertation Chair and Adjunct Professor Dr. Ilia Kolochenko was recently featured in an article where he discussed the CrowdStrike outage that occurred on July 19. As a leading cybersecurity and cybercrime expert, Dr. Kolochenko offered his insights as to the liability, repercussions, and resulting policy changes foreseeable due to the incident. He was also a featured speaker at the SANS CISO Network UK Summit in London this month, one of the leading cyber events for Chief Information Security Officers.
