Carrollton has implemented a new online billing interface for residents who pay their utility bill for water and trash services online.
The updated interface includes convenient features such as automatic or one-time credit/debit card payment options, a viewable 24-month billing history, reminders via text and email, and more.

Traffic Notice: Temporary Road Closure in Downtown Carrollton
The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) will temporarily close West Main St. between South Broadway St. and Elm St. in Downtown Carrollton beginning Mon., Jan. 15 to install a new gas line as part of the I-35E Phase 2 project. Enter the DART Student Art Contest
We all know Carrollton is full of creative kids; just ask 2023 Best of Show Winner Sophia Wilson, proudly seen here showing off her amazing entry. Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has opened nominations for the 2024 DART Student Art Contest.
Kindergarten through 12th grade students throughout North Texas will compete for the opportunity to have their artwork featured on DART rail stations, buses, and inside trains.
The theme of this year’s contest is “Explore DART’s 13 Cities! How Many Cities Can You Discover While Riding DART?” Individual entries will be accepted from all North Texas students through Thu., Feb. 29.
