IMD PARTNERS TO BE RECOGNIZED AS LEADERS IN TELEHEALTH
On Monday, November 18, Partnership for a Connected Illinois will host its annual Telehealth Leadership Awards luncheon. Among this year's honorees are two IMD partners:

Thresholds uses telehealth in its Substance Treatment Program, allowing a physician to evaluate and treat persons with Opioid Use
Disorder in remote locations. Since the beginning of this program three years ago, Thresholds has prescribed potentially lite-saving medications to approximately 40 individuals.

This year, Jesse Brown coordinated telehealth
care to over 8,000 veterans, providing care in 12 different specialties. Jesse Brown has
stories from veterans praising the quality of telehealth consultations, which avoid their having
to travel hours to a VA site.

The luncheon begins at noon and will be held at the offices of Drinker Biddle Reath, 191
North Wacker Drive, Suite 3700, Chicago. For more information and registration, click here.
