Grace and peace, St. Andrew’s,
Holy Week and Easter are right here on our doorstep – come and Walk the Way of the Cross with us and meet Christ, hearts renewed, and faith Resurrected!
Here, in this later-April Cathedral Life you will find the schedule for all our Holy Week and Easter services, as well as the information for RSVP (when asked for, necessary for us to confirm safe distancing) and details about streaming. We have added a Good Friday opportunity for the walking of the labyrinth. The labyrinth will be open and available for you to come and walk, 10am-2pm on Friday.
As the Easter season stretches onward into April and May, Sunday Morning Talk Story returns on May 1 between the services, 915am-945am.
Our first topic, for May 1:
Eucharist - What we say-- Where it comes from-- What’s goin’ on at the Altar?!
Join me to talk story about the Eucharist and our Episcopal ‘way’. I hope to see you there!
Know you and yours are in my prayers as we enter this holiest of times~
God be with you as we journey into Jerusalem this week~~
In Christ,

The Coming -- A poem by R.S. Thomas
And God held in his hand
A small globe. Look, he said.
The son looked. Far off,
As though through water, he saw
A scorched land of fierce
Color. The light burned
There; crusted buildings
Cast their shadows; a bright
Serpent, a river
Uncoiled itself, radiant
With slime.
On a bare
Hill, a bare tree saddened
The sky. Many people
Held out their thin arms
To it, as though waiting
For a vanished April
To return to its crossed
Boughs. The son watched
Them. Let me go there, he said.
