SUMMER READING INFORMATION

SUMMER OFFICE HOURS

SJS summer office hours are limited. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please call the school office 859- 578-2742 to check and make sure the office is open.

SUMMER VACATION BULLETIN CONTEST

Attend Mass while your away and bring home a church bulletin. 
Return the bulletin to the parish office with your names on them to Deacon Henry's attention and we will have some fun prizes when school starts back.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

SJS Café is looking for 2-3 part time people to work in the cafeteria for the next school year.
The position would be to help set up, serve, and cleanup for lunch and the hours would be from 10-1 Monday -Friday. If interested, please contact Amy Borchers at sjscrescentsprings@gmail .com
MATH SUMMER SOLUTIONS

Summer math workbooks went home with students on Monday. If you are new to SJS, (grades 1-8) you can pick up your copy in the school office.

Outreach
at St. Elizabeth - Covington

Isaiah House partners with Master Provisions to provide produce, bread and drinks that are distributed at the outreach to people in need. Volunteers set-up/break-down tables, hand out groceries, carry groceries for guests, direct parking, etc. 
Children over 7 must be accompanied by an adult.

St. Joseph Parish Day of Serving

Parishioners are invited to help clean, sort and organize items at Be Concerned. Volunteers are encouraged to attend the 9:30 A.M. Mass for a special blessing, then we will drive to Be Concerned. Please click the link below for more information.

VACATION BIBLE CAMP

 Vacation Bible Camp is at maximum capacity. Those who registered by the deadline should have received a confirmation letter with details via the youngest child on Monday. Those on the waiting list should have been contacted by phone. Volunteers should receive instructions in the mail this week.

“The Serra Club for Vocations, Northern Kentucky, is currently selling ticket vouchers to the Florence Freedom doubleheader on Wednesday, June 5, 2019. Honorary first pitchers for the June 5 games include Michelle Blevins, a Postulant with the Sisters of Notre Dame, Rev. Mark Keene, pastor of St. Agnes Parish, and Barry Henry, a Serra Club member who is scheduled to be Ordained to the Diaconate on May 4, 2019. Ticket vouchers are $10, and can be purchased through the Diocesan Stewardship Office or from individual Serra Club members. 2019 CROSS THE BRIDGE FOR LIFE!

Join us on Sunday, June 2 for a family friendly, peaceful walk across the Purple People Bridge! Festivities begin at 1:00pm, program begins at 2:00pm. There will be music by Easter Rising, FREE face painting, FREE t-shirts, food for purchase and displays from life affirming agencies from Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area. The event is located in Newport, behind Newport on the Levee along the beautiful Ohio River. We hope to see you on June 2! Get updates and information on CTB website at  www.crossthebridgeforlife.org

STU RIDDLE NKU
SOCCER CAMP

Thank you for your interest in the Stu Riddle NKU Soccer Camp at the Villa Hills Soccer Fields. As you know the camp will be held between 
8.30-11.30am  between the dates of  6/3-6/6 . To ensure your child has an excellent camp experience we are going to put a limit how many children we allow to sign up.
