MESSAGE FROM FR. LOI

Hello everyone,

It is me, Fr. Loi, your associate pastor. Hope you are enjoying the summertime. As for me, I am enjoying it, especially the quiet and less busyness.

I am by myself at the rectory now since both Fr. Jeff (and Jess, his dog) and Fr. Tony are not around. Fr. Jeff is on vacation for a couple weeks. Fr. Tony is attending a conference out of town. Please keep them in your prayers as they are doing so for us.

The SVDP food pantry collection is going well. Our Knights of Columbus coordinate the pantry effort each year and receive help from our Youth Ministry to sort and deliver the food. Several loads have already been sorted and dropped off to help serve those in need. To learn more about the food pantry, click HERE

This evening, I will be attending the "Best of Louisville" Community Awards dinner. As Fr. Jeff mentioned last week in his article, St. Patrick is one of the top 3 parishes in Louisville, who is in the running for " Best Place of Worship". We look forward to the awards dinner and appreciate all those who voted to get us here. Stay tuned!

Know of my prayers for you.

Peace,

Fr. Loi
