FUND UPDATES
Centurion Apartment REIT Opening (Limited Capital Equity Raise) Centurion Asset Management Inc. was pleased to announce a total of $150-million limited capital equity raise for Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT") on April 6, 2021. We encourage interested advisors to connect with Centurion's Wholesale team and investors wishing to subscribe to Centurion Apartment REIT to connect with their advisors.

Temporary Capping of Centurion Financial Trust ("CFIT") Centurion Financial Trust is temporarily capped to new subscriptions as of March 31, 2021. CFIT will remain open for redemptions and continue to make scheduled distributions. Centurion will continue to search for accretive investment opportunities and hopes to re-open to new subscriptions after existing capital has been deployed. Centurion will provide updates on capacity as it becomes available.

Another Significant Quarter for Centurion
 
Over the past five months, Centurion Apartment REIT has added five properties to its portfolio with three pending acquisitions. Since our last newsletter, we acquired the below five properties totaling 1,688 rental units with more to come in the upcoming months.
 
  • A brand-new multi-residential property in Langford, British Columbia. Peatt Commons is located at 821 Hockley Avenue in Langford’s Goldstream neighbourhood. This new property brought Centurion's Langford portfolio to eight properties and 573 rental units. The property offers one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom suite options. Centurion’s interest in this property is 100%.
 
  • A brand-new multi-residential property in Montreal, Quebec. 3280 Cavendish is located at 3280 Cavendish Boulevard in the heart of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighbourhood. This new property brought Centurion's Montreal portfolio to four properties and 786 rental units. Suites range from studio, one and two-bedroom options with a variety of floorplans. Centurion’s interest in this property is 100%.
 
  • Three multi-residential properties in Oshawa and Ottawa, Ontario. The two properties in Oshawa are located at 1140 Mary Street North and 333 Simcoe Street North, just outside of Toronto. 1140 Mary Street North comprises 117 rental units and features a variety of suite options including bachelor, one, two, and three-bedroom units. 333 Simcoe Street North comprises 41 rental units offering one, two, and three-bedroom suites. Centurion’s interest in this apartment portfolio is 100%.
