The 2019 National Association of Active Investment Managers (NAAIM) Shark Tank strategy competition is open to all trading and investing practitioners who have developed strategies with a live, verifiable, real money track record. Membership in NAAIM is not required to compete.

The 2019 award package is bigger and better than ever with the winning strategy gaining exposure to more than 200 investment advisory firms throughout the U.S., including a distribution spot on a 125+ member TAMP.

The 2019 Award Package

New to the NAAIM Shark Tank in 2019 - the winner will receive a distribution slot on Global View Capital Management’s TAMP offering, which focuses on active investment managers. Pending due diligence approval by Global View, the winning strategy will be promoted to Global View’s advisor base and the manager will receive an invitation to the firm’s annual conference. Global View currently hosts three recent Shark Tank managers and has raised more than $100 million in AUM for Shark Tank winners over the past two years.

The NAAIM Shark Tank is a rapid-fire competition of up to 10 finalists making 7-minute strategy presentations, followed by 5 minutes of questions from the judges and audience. Strategy performance data must be based on actual trading. Launched in 2013, the competition provides exceptional exposure for actively managed investment strategies.

The 2019 event will be held at the close of the association’s annual Uncommon Knowledge Conference, set for Scottsdale, Arizona, April 28 – May 1, 2019 at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley.

How to Apply: Download and submit an APPLICATION to the Shark Tank Committee by 9 pm ET on Friday, January 18, 2019. Finalists will be announced on or before March 1, 2019.
