Five Things the Chamber Did for You This Past Week
1.We really enjoyed an amazing MAC Member Showcase at the July Military & Veteran Affairs Committee (MAC) Meeting. It is always great to learn more about the organizations in the Navarre area and how they support the military & veterans in our community.
2. We had a fantastic time with the Navarre Young Professionals, as they helped 30+ attendees make new connections. Everyone really enjoyed learning more about the Grab-a-Bite Food Court & Bar located in Midway. We are looking forward to getting them more involved in the Navarre Business Community!
3.We got an update on all the candidates that confirmed they will be attending our Candidate Forum on July 23rd and 24th at East Bay K-8 School. And, to help with logistics - we sent out a reminder to all the candidates that Tuesday, June 16th is the deadline to let us know that you will be attending. July 16th is also the deadline for potential questions for the candidates need to be submitted. CLICK HERE for more details
4.We really enjoyed the Navigators Team Lunch Meeting at Alphy’s! And, it was a real treat for everyone to meet the new owner, Cory Pitre, and learn a little about him and a few the tweaks that he has made to the menu. Don’t worry - no changes to breakfast - except adding fresh fruit!!
5.We were really excited to hear there are more speakers being announced for Live2Lead Navarre at our L2L Committee Meeting!! And, new for this year’s leadership event is the fact that only John Maxwell Team Members will have an opportunity to see Live2Lead 2024 LIVE & IN PERSON. October 4th will be the first available date for everyone to attend a Live2Lead.
