The Groundhog saw his shadow last week, indicating six more weeks of winter. Not sure we've actually had "winter" yet, but we have experienced a few hints of it with flurries here and there.

Today was a very special day for one employee within the Engineering Department for the city of Chillicothe. We want to say thank you, congratulations and happy retirement to Tom Day.
