Your Guide to Storytelling Marketing

Storytelling is more than a business buzzword— it’s a practice that requires time and skill. You know a good story when you hear one, but how do you use narratives to grow your company and fulfill your mission? Your audience needs what you offer, they just don’t realize it yet.

In this Marketing Monday webinar, Your Guide to Small Business Storytelling, Robert Carnes, Author and Marketing Strategist, explains how to shape a clear narrative that invites your prospective and existing customers to listen and engage. Storytelling Marketing involves using a narrative to communicate a message so the consumer will be inspired to take action.

Storytelling in marketing helps consumers to understand why they should care about your brand. Stop struggling with marketing and embrace a path toward better storytelling.

Jason Blakey has been involved with the Chamber for over 12 years and is now retired. In his time with the Chamber, he says he created business relationships and received tremendous personal support from members while recovering from a stroke.

He said, "I love to engage with people and enjoy playing golf, which is good therapy that makes a difference. Being with my family and supporting them is the best." His favorite initiative/program is Leadership Cherokee. He cites the words to describe the Chamber and himself as "Leadership" and "Onward."

Duane Jones is a Service Advisor with Killian Automotive and has been involved with the Chamber for five years.
