Cash flow is the lifeline of a business and yet it remains a mystery for many often confused with profits. For example, it’s not unusual for a company to be profitable and have negative cash flow – a situation most business owners at some time experience and have no idea why. The One Percent Solution will provide an overview of company cash flow and explain the seven levers that effect cash flow from operations and show how a small change in any one lever can have a large impact on company cash flow. Attendees receive an Excel Financial Scorecard and Budget Plan to help monitor and manage company cash flow.

Monday, July 26th
10:00 – 11:00 AM
Cost: $29

Marketing expert and Instagram guru Kati Fisher of Aware Media Solutions shows you how you can use Instagram's new features to promote your small business. Kati will discuss using Instagram Shopping, Stickers in Stories and Instagram Reels to engage with your existing customers and bring in new customers.

Building on Holly Springs History!
Home to one of only two train depots in the County, the City of Holly Springs is on the right track!

Years in the making, the City of Holly Springs is making major movement on the construction of its Town Center Project, located at the corner of Holly Springs Parkway and Hickory Road! The development will truly be a “Live, Work, Play,” project. Housing options will include lofts, townhomes, and cottage homes. There is space for restaurants, retail and office space. The center of the development will be the new City Hall, which will overlook an event green. The City is looking forward holding all of their special events, like the Easter Egg Hunt, Autumn Fest, and Christmas Parade, in the heart of the City.

Holly Springs was quite literally put on the map because of the Train Depot. If you are interested in taking a look at their little piece of Cherokee County history, stop by City Hall anytime to grab a key! (You can also rent the Train Depot for private events!)
