The Chamber Staff is Studying Up on What All
Mountain Education Charter High School Has to Offer!
Mountain Education Charter High School (MECHS) is an evening, self-paced, public high school that grants regular Georgia High School Diplomas. They are open year round and hold classes in the afternoon and evening, Monday-Thursday, from 4-9 pm. The curriculum is self-paced and mastery based, meaning that students progress through a course at their own pace, taking as much or as little time to satisfactorily complete the various course modules as is needed. MECHS offers flexible attendance, free school meals, virtual learning options, and it is free for full-time students.
