PROGRAM:
Leading Across Generations + Strategic Planning
Leading Across Generations
Our workplaces are made up of individuals from multiple generations. In today's world, leaders must understand how to navigate situations with people with vastly different life experience and perspective. This session will explore concepts and practices that can help intergenerational leaders be successful.
Strategic Planning
People of different generations may have different ideas about—and priorities for—the future of our businesses, nonprofits, government, and communities. For this reason, it is critical that we include multiple voices and perspectives in our planning efforts. This session will explore the ins and outs of strategic planning—what it can be used for, who to involve, and how to get started.
