Some people think one campaign, or a single marketing vehicle, can take a prospect from awareness into consideration, prove your credibility and value, and then close a sale. Maybe this is true if you’re selling gumballs, but almost every other business requires a funnel approach. Modo Modo Agency CEO Moira Vetter will discuss what a funnel is, what the stages of consideration and purchase, are and how to ensure you have all the types of marketing content you need to win the business every time.

Wednesday, May 25th
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

Available as webinar
or in-person at:
KSU Center, Room 460
3333 Busbee Drive
Kennesaw, GA 30144

Cost: $39

If you ever wondered what's involved in getting a business loan, we have a workshop for you. Sponsor Retiring Educators Recognition
The Chamber's Education Committee, in partnership with Enjoy Cherokee Magazine and WLJA 101.1 FM, is recognizing retiring educators from the Cherokee County School District by donating funds to the Sequoyah Regional Library System. The funds will be used to purchase books for the library branches located in Cherokee County. The books will include a label recognizing all faculty, staff and administrators who retired during the 2021-2022 school year. Each retiree will receive notification that a book is being donated in their honor.

“This is the thirteenth year the Chamber has acknowledged retiring educators for their valuable contribution to the lives of students in Cherokee County. The Chamber is pleased to partner with Enjoy Cherokee Magazine and WLJA 101.1 FM in this tribute to Cherokee County’s educators,” shared Chamber President & CEO Pam Carnes.

Strategy Focused Branding:
Fundamentals for a Well-Branded Business

PRESENTED BY:
Amanda Freeman
Mixie Design Co

Brand strategy isn't just for big corporations anymore. You've probably heard by now that branding is more than just a logo, but what you may not realize is that business owners who take the time to develop a comprehensive brand strategy report earnings 90% higher than their competitors in similar industries. Branding is officially a step in your business that you cannot afford to skip. However, building a brand on your own is challenging! When you are filled with questions and doubts, it might seem much easier to throw your hands up and quit. Most entrepreneurs struggle to clearly articulate the necessary components to build their brand. You are not alone, of course, but let's change your approach and turn your branding into your company's best employee!

Amanda Freeman is the owner of Mixie Design Co., an adventurous brand and web design studio in Southeast Michigan. After decades of being her own boss and working with small businesses all over the country, she has seen it all. As Amanda said, the ups and downs are inevitable for all of us, but as we come out of the pandemic fog, there is a bigger need to stand out than ever before.

In this session, the fundamentals for brand strategy success, the importance of digital experience consistency, and how you can easily create a custom strategy for your own business will be discussed. You will even walk away with a BRANDING BASICS workbook to help you dig deep into your own messaging and make small DIY adjustments with major impact.

Amanda has been featured on numerous podcasts, in blogs and resources, and has been a "behind the scenes" content creator for some of the world's most impactful communities. She prides herself on being a small business cheerleader and is an open book when it comes to sharing the secret sauce of building better brands and websites. As a busy mom of two boys, a small business owner, a volunteer chapter leader for The Rising Tide Society, and an advocate for nonprofit organizations, Amanda is on a mission to celebrate big ideas, show off incredible ambitions, and help her clients leave a positive imprint on their communities. You can learn more about her and her company, Mixie Design Co., at www.wearemixie.com.
