Five Methods to Conflict Resolution Webinar

Conflict occurs in our workplace almost daily with clients, coworkers and other stakeholders. Often it is a simple answer to resolve the issue, but there are times when conflict can cause productivity to suffer, cause emotional stress, employees to leave or possibly worse.

Conflict resolution is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful solution to a disagreement among them. When a dispute arises, often the best course of action is negotiation to resolve the disagreement.

This webinar examines the tools you can use to understand conflict and improve as a Conflict Resolution Negotiator. Discussion includes five methods of dealing with conflict and the six steps to take in the conflict resolution process.

Presented by Daniel McCoy, UGA SBDC at KSU Business Consultant; SHRM Certified Professional.

The Walk To End Alzheimer's is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. Even though this year’s event won’t be a large in-person gathering, we are still walking and calling on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease.

This year, Walk to End Alzheimer’s is ‘virtually’ everywhere — on every sidewalk, track and trail. On event day, we invite you to participate in small, safe teams while others in your community do the same.

While there is no fee to register for the Walk, all participants are encouraged to raise funds that will advance the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association by enabling critical care and support services and advancing research toward methods of prevention, treatment, and ultimately a cure.

Webinar
3 C's of Effective Account Management
Customer Acquisition, Customer Cultivation, and Customer Retention

PRESENTED BY:
Loretta Daniels,
KSU College of Professional Education

This 90-minute webinar will focus on the three most effective account management strategies required to acquire, cultivate, and retain customers.

Customer Acquisition: A plan for customer acquisitions is essential to the success of any company at any stage. Companies prefer to focus on marketing at the bottom of the funnel but need to supply the top of the funnel in a structured way for continuous development.

Customer Cultivation: Organizations are investing substantial amounts of their budgets in engaging with new customers and maintaining connections with existing customers. Client development is significant for any company to have a stable and prosperous future.

Customer Retention: Customer retention is influenced by the number of new customers gained and the number of current customers churning - by discontinuing their service, not continuing to purchase, or ending a contract.

Cost: $15

Payment Policy: Payment must be made prior to the event date in order to hold your seat. Refunds are not offered. If you cancel 48 hours in advance, a credit for a future workshop will be issued.
