Webinar:
Business Ethics -
Why & How
PRESENTED BY:
Dawn Stastny
Stellaris Group
In today's competitive world, ethical behavior may at times seem secondary to more pressing business and personal goals. However, the impact of your employees' ethical choices can be just as significant as the impact of your business decisions. Just one poor choice could land your organization in a reputation-damaging scandal, expose valuable intellectual property to hackers or cause you to incur significant personal and organizational fines, or worse. In this session, attendees will learn to recognize common business ethics issues and the associated best practices to avoid personal and organizational harm.

Video marketing is highly effective in boosting brand awareness, generating leads, increasing sales, and connecting with your audience. - Create and brand a home/channel for your business on YouTube
- Create videos that capture the audience and achieve your business goals
- Organize your channel to attract viewers interested in your product/service
- Promote your business with video (even to those with short attention spans)
- How to stream video with YouTube Live and grow your customer base.
As an added bonus, attendees will receive a special link for up to $150 in Google Ads FREE matching ad credit (first-time users). But hurry, spots are limited for this non-recorded webinar and will go fast.

Self Awareness
Self-Regulation
Motivation

Social Skills.
This program will include an Emotional Quotient (EQ) assessment* that will be taken by each attendee in advance of the program and measures emotional intelligence, or your ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power and acumen of emotions to facilitate high levels of collaboration and productivity.
*Attendees will receive a link prior to the program to complete this included assessment.
With EQ training, your employees will develop the skills and knowledge to better understand your customers, how to manage their expectations, and ultimately meet their needs.
