The real John Ahrens
Hearing your name in a news broadcast or reading it in a news article would often be considered a good and even an honoring moment. The news this week would not be described with those words and may have even brought about some confusion among our ACA family and friends. We felt it important to provide the clarification that our Headmaster, John Frederick Ahrens Jr was not the man recently featured in the news.
Debt relief campaign update
ACA's primary debt:

January 2021:

We are excited to announce the addition of Susanna Fitzgerald to the teaching team at ACA! Mrs. Fitzgerald will be stepping into the role of 6th grade teacher. She comes to us following 1 year at Gilcrease, 2 years at Oologah Public Schools, 3 years of teaching at Tulsa Community College, and 10 years teaching at a homeschool co-op in Texas. Welcome to the team Mrs. Fitzgerald!

All textbooks are now due. Starting July 1, students will be billed for all missing textbooks. Please e-mail Mrs. Geppelt for more information.

Upper-Level Math Teacher
Augustine Christian Academy is seeking candidates to be instrumental in growing and refining our Math Department for grades 6-12. Candidates should hold a Bachelors degree and demonstrate the flexibility to teach a range of mathematic disciplines.

ACA seeks teachers who have a passion for life-long learning, Christian discipleship, a biblical worldview, and a strong working knowledge of the subjects they teach. While knowledge of classical teaching methods is not necessary, a deep desire to grow and to develop in the craft of classical education is.

Please submit a cover letter and resume to John Ahrens, Headmaster.
