The 2021-2022 Class Schedule now available
FACTS payment forms for the 2021-2022 school year are now available in the ACA office. If you are planning to make your tuition payments monthly, you must use FACT Tuition Management to set up an automatic withdraw from a checking or savings account. You can stop by the school office to pick up your FACTS form between 8:00 and 5:00 Monday-Friday. Remember that we need your FACTS payment form returned to us at least 3 weeks prior to your first payment date! Please contact Ms. Becki if you have questions about the FACTS form or your payment schedule.

for Tulsa area high school students

'Bye Bye Birdie' to rock the stage at ACA June 18 and 19

Mark your calendar, dust off those blue suede shoes and let yourself be transferred back in time to the early years of rock and roll in this fun and energetic show. Watch the CHARGER for more information on how you can purchase tickets. 

'Bye Bye Birdie' Audition Workshop & Parent Meeting
Calling all students grades 4-12. ACA's Summer Arts program is excited to present "Bye Bye Birdie!" as a part of our summer musical theatre program. We are seeking a large enthusiastic and dedicated cast grades 4-12. You do not need to attend ACA! And NO experience is needed. Our two-week camp will prepare you for our two performances. 

Auditions will be held in the Performing Arts Building at ACA on Saturday, May 22 from 9am to noon. A required parent meeting follows at noon. ALL STUDENTS WHO AUDITION WILL BE CAST! Cost is $250 which includes a cast tee shirt, cast libretto, cast photo USB, cast video on USB, and two tickets to the show. A $75 deposit (for one student/$100 family) will hold your camper's place. Cast is limited to 45 students. To reserve your camper's place in the cast, complete the form attached below along with payment or deposit and return to the school office. If you have questions, please call Gale Post at 918-852-2040. 
Mrs. Hinkefent's Intermediate Math students had fun sorting like terms during class on Thursday.
Mrs. Merrill's Health & Home Cooking class tried their hand at Bulgarian cuisine this week. Many thanks to Ronesa Aveela for gifting her cookbook, Mediterranean & Bulgarian Cuisine, to every student in class!

'Living Literature'

The 4th & 5th graders would like to invite all faculty, students, and staff to watch "literature comes to life" on Tuesday, May 18th at 2:00 p.m. in the Great Room. 

Each student has read a classical book and prepared a short presentation of their book summary.

Every year, during the first week of May, Hen House has celebrated ACA's teachers with 4-5 days of treats and surprises. However, after a year like no other, Hen House decided to surprise ACA teachers and staff every week, for the last quarter of school, as they race to the finish line of the 2020-2021 school year!

Thank you to Hen House for going above and beyond for ACA in a way that only the wonderful ladies of Hen House can do! From a coffee bar one morning to apple empanadas in celebration of Cinco de Mayo, the last 9 weeks of school have been filled with these wonderful moments! Thank you Hen House for supporting ACA!

Join ACA's social and service organization, Hen House, whose mission is to Help, Encourage, and Nurture all members of the ACA community.
