The Children's Trust Fiscal Open Labs * | |
The Children's Trust is introducing monthly open lab sessions with our Finance team starting April 3. These sessions will deepen your understanding of invoicing, budgeting and amendments, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. Your participation is vital as these improvements aim to streamline administrative procedures and strengthen our partnership. To provide quality and individualized support, we are limiting the number of registrants for these sessions. Please only have one staff member register (you are welcome to bring additional staff), use the link below to register for the session on April 3.
Please note before you register, ensure you are logged into Trust Central and that you have been added to our Trust Academy LMS. If you see you cannot register, your agency administrator must first assign you a role.

Provider Survey Extended to March 29 - Please Share Your Thoughts! | The Children's Trust needs your feedback to improve trainings, program quality supports and resources offered to dedicated staff like you who work in Trust-funded programs. The survey, which is being administered by Q-Q Research, should take approximately 15-20 minutes and is available in English, Spanish and Haitian Creole. All responses are confidential. Differentiated Literacy Instruction
April 18 from 4-6 p.m.
In this training, teachers learn how to use reading assessment data from the ORF and Maze assessments to identify struggling readers and to develop reading intervention plans unique to each student. Certified teachers will also learn how to create a plan of action to differentiate reading instruction.
Structure and Clear Limits
June 19 from 10:30 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.
In this training, youth development program staff will learn to recognize and respond to youth needs by creating routines and establishing effective guidelines and consequences that will result in positive youth engagement.

Communication & Community Engagement Coordinator - $48,668.20
The Communications and Community Engagement (CE) Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Communications with the general administration of communications projects, vendor agreements and purchase orders. Work performed by the Communications & Community Engagement Coordinator includes but is not limited to researching and obtaining bids for services or purchased goods, monitoring agreements and their terms of services, scopes of work and quality of final product, goods or service to ensure high-level output. The incumbent has latitude to make informed decisions and recommendations regarding vendor and/or materials selection; and prepares reports for the department and executive management.
Community Engagement Manager $55,968.20 Annual
