What is a Differentiated Literacy Instruction (DLI) Team?

Every program should have a DLI Team. Watch this 4-minute video to learn who should be on your DLI Team and what materials and courses are needed to get started with DLI. Even if your program has been running DLI for many years, please be sure to watch this video to get updated materials and requirements.

DLI Guidelines and FAQs

Project RISE has also created an updated DLI Guidelines and FAQs that has all the detailed information your program needs to run DLI at your program. You may also download the DLI Guidelines and FAQs from the Trust Academy LMS Resources page.

New ORF and Maze Forms Now Available!

The new ORF and Maze forms are now available on the Resources page in Trust Academy LMS as of the beginning of August. Please download, print, and use these forms only. Forms from before August 2025 are no longer in use and should not be used for testing.

All Rising K through Grade 5 children must complete their literacy outcome assessments within 30 days of first attendance using beginning of the year benchmarks. If you are testing with the ORF, make sure you use the "Fall" form.
