Don't miss your chance to make a positive impact in our community! The City of Chino is hosting the Chino Cares Challenge-School Supply Drive to collect school supplies for children in need.
Last year, over 400 students in the Chino Valley Unified School District benefited from this initiative, thanks to generous donations. Thanks to the help of generous residents and event partners, these students were set up for a great start to the school year. We know that we can rise up to the challenge yet again, Chino!
Let's rise to the challenge again and ensure a successful school year for all! To participate, simply donate backpacks and school supplies through July 14. Donation drop-off boxes are available at the following locations:
- HOPE Family Resource Center (12970 Third Street)
- Carolyn Owens Community Center (13201 Central Avenue)
- Neighborhood Activity Center (5201 D Street)
To view the list of school supplies needed and for more information, visit the Chino Cares Challenge webpage or call 909-628-1202 ext. 8960.
