City of Chino Presents Halloween Spooktacular 2023

Featuring Hot Air Balloons and Family Fun

Date: Tuesday, October 31

Time: 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m

Location: Ruben S. Ayala Park, 14225 Central Avenue (Fields 11, 12, & 13)


The City of Chino cordially invites families and friends to its annual Halloween Spooktacular event, and this year, the spookiness is soaring to new heights with an enchanting Hot Air Balloon Glow!


As evening descends, prepare to be mesmerized by the enchanting Hot Air Balloon Glow, where a fleet of brilliantly illuminated balloons will be stationed, creating a breathtaking spectacle. Wander among the vibrant giants and indulge in a unique trick-or-treat experience, with each balloon offering delightful surprises.

VETERAN CLAIMS EVENT

Date: Wednesday, November 8

Time: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Location: 14010 City Center Drive, Chino Hills


Supervisor Hagman is hosting the annual Veteran Claims Event, an exclusive gathering for veterans. Veterans attending should bring their DD Form 214. The services offered during this event are entirely free of charge. County Veteran Service Officers will be on hand to assist in various ways:


  • Conduct comprehensive benefit assessment interviews.
  • Help you complete claim forms and necessary paperwork.
  • Issue San Bernardino County Military Veteran ID Cards.
  • Guide you through the process of filing compensation claims.
  • Address any questions you might have regarding your existing claims.


Additionally, a delicious lunch will be provided for all attendees to enjoy. For more details please call 909-465-5265.

VETERANS DAY CEREMONY

Date: Saturday, November 11

Time: 11:00 a.m.

Location: Community Building, 5443 B Street, Chino


This Veterans Day, we gather to pay tribute to those who selflessly served our nation. You are cordially invited to a heartfelt Veterans Day Ceremony as we honor their dedication and sacrifices. Join us in commemorating these heroes.

A HOLLYWOOD BINGO BASH

Date: Monday, November 13

Time: Doors Open at 5:15 p.m. and Games Begin at 6:30 p.m.

GOBBLER GLOVES BOXING SHOWCASE

TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY - SANTA'S WORKSHOP
