SC Builders’ San Francisco office opened January 2012. Following our vision to grow Strong , Smart , Unique , and Positive , we have expanded from a four-person team to more than a dozen construction professionals building multi-million-dollar projects. Leveraging our existing long-term relationships and developing new ones, we are now at a point where 85% of our work comes from repeat clients. Having resources in both Silicon Valley and San Francisco allows us to better serve our clients throughout the Bay Area.

Currently, we are partnering with Slack , Turner & Townsend Trestle , and O+A on a 232,000 sq. ft. project in the SoMa District. Phase One, 132,000 sq. ft. is scheduled to be complete in March of next year. Phase Two will be 71,000 sq. ft. and Phase Three is another 29,000 sq. ft.
