Introducing our new Report It webpage!
Starting the week of August 16, 2021, the CP Connect 2.0 app will no longer be available. The Report It webpage and link on the City Facebook page replaces our CP Connect 2.0 app. There are many advantages.
Why are we switching from CP Connect 2.0 to Report It?
-
The Report It webpage and link on the City Facebook page, powered by CivicPlus’ See-Click-Fix platform is more reliable
- It better integrates with our work order software, to ensure reports are routed to the appropriate department in a more timely manner
- Submitters don’t have to download an app, as it is all web-based
- It is still available to users 24/7
-
The web address is simply cedarparktexas.gov/report-it
Starting the week of August 16, 2021, if you find a pothole that needs fixed, see a street sign that needs repaired, or your trash or recycling pickup is missed? Report it! On the Report It webpage or follow us on our Facebook Page.
