Official news about the City of Cedar Park from the City of Cedar Park.
The Cedar Park Public Library turns 40 & Fabulous on January 17, 2021. The Library has come a long way from its humble beginnings in a 500 square-foot space. It is now the busiest of all City of Cedar Park facilities – offering everything from books and technology, to early literacy and STEM education resources. The new Cedar Park Public Library is currently under design and will anchor the Bell District.

Fittingly, the Library will revel in its fabulousness all January long, offering a cadre of celebratory community activities and “party favors” to patrons throughout the month. The anniversary theme is 40 & Fabulous: Explore today. Discover tomorrow.

Learn more about the Library’s 40 & Fabulous history here, and check out all of the Library’s celebratory offerings this month here!
You're invited to join Mayor Corbin Van Arsdale and City Council Members Anne Duffy and Mel Kirkland as they answer your questions about the City — all from the comfort of your own home. It will be streamed live via Webex and Facebook.

Do your part. Put it all in the blue cart.
A quick reminder that all recycling materials must be contained in the blue recycling cart if you want those materials to be picked up by the recycling truck. This includes cardboard boxes.

Items outside of blue cart:
Will not be picked up for recycling
Will count towards your weekly 7 bulk trash items
Should be next to your green trash cart
Need an additional recycling cart? It’s just $5.50/month. Call 512-243-2833.
