Official news about the City of Cedar Park from the City of Cedar Park.
Happy 50th Anniversary, Cedar Park Fire Department!
Join us in celebrating the Cedar Park Fire Department's upcoming 50th Anniversary! On May 5, 1972, a small but mighty group of volunteers started the Fire Department with some donated bunker gear and a used Ward La France Air Force crash truck from Granite Shoals. Today, they're a twice-internationally-and-nationally-accredited, ISO 1-rated Fire Department with 88 sworn, career Firefighters and five stations across the City. Click here for a historical timeline and photos. Congrats on your 50th, and #StayGold, Cedar Park Fire Department!

On your regular trash day through May 6

Bundle your limbs and use paper bags for trimmings so they can be recycled. Set them out on your regular trash day next week, through May 6. We offer this enhancement to your trash and recycling service a couple of times a year, coordinated with when folks are cleaning up their lawns for spring and fall. For details, click here.
