As the Babson academic year comes to an end, I am reflecting on our extraordinary Collaborative community. I am constantly inspired by the ways members support each other and create new opportunities and partnership for mutual benefit. I am proud of our members' achievements, several of which we celebrate in this issue of Fieldnotes. I feel humbled by Babson's recent receipt of the 2022 IIE Heiskell Award for Innovation in International Education, an honor we share with so many members who have helped make the Collaborative what it is today.
