El Dorado County has moved to the most restrictive Purple Tier 1. • Home-Based Business
  • Young Entrepreneur
  • Start-Up Business
  • Small Business
  • Excellence in Business.
In light of the unprecedented challenges since March, any business plans in response to COVID-19 are also requested for consideration. Other factors for awards include financial health, accomplishments, and community involvement.
BUSINESS CONFIDENCE INDEX SURVEY
Your Your input is needed! Since 2016 one the Chamber’s programs is our El Dorado Hills Business Confidence Survey. We opted to not survey in July because of the current economic circumstances. The survey is a five question, multiple choice survey to measure the level of optimism among local business leaders in the community and gives a subject of measure of where the economy is headed. This bi-annual survey asks local business owners and managers how they feel about the prospects on their companies in the year ahead and how they feel about local and national economics over the next 12 months. The survey produces valuable results, giving insight on the expected changes in employment, sales and profit among local businesses. The responses are aggregated and scored between zero and 100. A score over 50 indicates an overall optimism about the local economy. We have added a few questions regarding COVID-19 as well. Thank you for your time in completing this important survey.

2021 HR POSTERS
2021 California & Federal Employment Posters: You must post a compliant Employment Poster in a conspicuous place in the workplace where all employees and applicants can see it. The poster also must include information about your workers’ compensation benefits, payday schedule and emergency contacts. You may need to order several to ensure that your business, branches and satellite offices are displaying the poster according to the law. Failure to comply can result in severe penalties and fines by the state of California. If any of your company’s workers are Spanish-speaking, you will need to order the Spanish version.

Substantial discount when you purchase through the El Dorado Hills Chamber.
PAY IT FORWARD FUND = BIG IMPACT
Pay It Forward Fund: With the support of the following generous businesses, we are pleased that the Pay it Forward Fund has helped members keep their membership active with our Chamber.

If you are asking yourself, what more can my business do to help other businesses during this difficult time, please consider supporting a member who simply cannot afford their membership this year. Either by paying a membership in full ($299) or a portion would be very helpful. You may know of a business because of your relationship with them or we can apply your donation to a business in need.
