Our community meal was prepared, assembled, and distributed on Thursday, December 7. We were very fortunate to get clambake leftovers, so we incorporated them into our meal. We served baked chicken, sweet potatoes, dinner roll and butter, green beans, tangerines, and our desserts were sugar cookies decorated cookies by the family decorating party, which happened on December 6.
Our elves were Bob Paraska, Wendy Summers, John Kasper, Nancy Fraunfelder, Donna Leisinger, and Robert Wentz.
We served 19 people, and 35 meals were taken – the other 13 meals were left for our AA guests.
