SCHOOL PICTURE DAY
**SNAP RECIPIENTS - PLEASE READ**
DEADLINE MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9

If you receive SNAP benefits and food was spoiled during the electrical outage you may apply for reimbursement for that food.

We have sent an email to your scholar’s email address containing the form for you to send to the Department of Human Services.
The deadline for turning in the application to the Department of Human Services for reimbursement is Monday, November 9.
We hope that all of you have electricity soon, and our thoughts are with all of you during this difficult time.

Si recibe beneficios de SNAP y la comida se echó a perder durante el corte de
electricidad, puede solicitar un reembolso por esa comida.

Hemos enviado un correo electrónico a la dirección de correo electrónico de su académico que contiene el formulario para que lo envíe al Departamento de Servicios Humanos.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE FLU
MIDDLE SCHOOL ART SCHOLARS SHOULD PICK UP SUPPLIES ON PICTURE DAY
Dr. Urbina’s 6th Grade Explore and 1st period MS Art scholars need to pick up art supplies in the mall area where pictures will be taken during the 6th grade time slot.

Scholars who miss the 6th grade time slot will have to stop by her classroom for art supply pick up. Please note she will only be available in the morning, before noon. If you come later than noon you will not be able to get your supplies on this day.

Los estudiantes de Arte de la Maestría en Exploración de 6 grado y 1er período de la Dra. Urbina deben recoger materiales de arte en el área del centro comercial donde se tomarán fotografías durante el horario de 6 grado.

Los estudiantes que pierdan el horario de sexto grado tendrán que pasar por su salón de clases para recoger material de arte. Tenga en cuenta que solo estará disponible por la mañana, antes del mediodía. Si llega más tarde del mediodía, no podrá obtener sus materiales ese día.
