Pool For School Tools - Fill The Pool In The Gathering Place!
This year, our school supplies drive for Rama Road Elementary will directly support their teachers and classrooms. This is important because often teachers end up purchasing many of these items themselves. Donations for the students will be taken care of by another school partner, so don’t worry if you don’t see crayons or backpacks on the list. This is our chance to help teachers get the things they need and the new school year off to a great start!. View the full list of items needed ››
New this year: In addition to having our pool set up in the Fellowship Hall for donations, we have created an Amazon Wishlist! You can shop online have the items shipped directly to the school (make sure you select Dee Perez’s Gift Registry Address as the shipping address during checkout). Thank you for your continued support of our partnership with Rama Road Elementary.

Update From Our Kenya Mission Team
Two congregations, one family. Our group from Sardis has had an incredible time in Kenya thus far. We have enjoyed being hosted in the homes of our Kenyan church partners and traveling around their Presbytery and surrounding area, and experiencing their mission and ministry in action. We have prayed, sang, laughed, ate and taken tea often. We have formed meaningful friendships with the elders, members, and pastor of Macedonia church, part of the Baraka Parish of PCEA. Check out the worship service from this past Sunday on YouTube! We look forward to sharing more with the congregation when we return!

Sardis Church Mouse: Ministering to Sardis College Students
The Church Mouse ministry is designed to help college students continue to feel part of the Sardis family while they are away living on college campuses. Collegians interested in having a ʺmouseʺ apply, and members of the congregation volunteer to be ʺmice.ʺ The mice then "anony-mouse‐ly" send cards and inexpensive items to their collegian several times during the year. To become a church mouse, or request a church mouse please contact Georgia Pressly (704.364.9299).
