Greetings Friends and Supporters:
As we come to the end of another year in which we have continued to work to address inequality and create opportunity, we recognize that together we have made good progress, but the work continues. We vow to continue to work statewide and locally in the communities to fight poverty through integrated services, to innovate and collaborate, to advocate for critical public policies, and to respond to the continuing and emerging needs.
Although there are still many challenges to face in creating more equitable opportunities, we look forward to 2024 with hope, gratitude, and a renewed commitment to the diverse communities and the people we serve.
We are grateful for Community Action Agency leaders and board members who persevere and remained committed to meeting the needs of the moment in every community. We are grateful for the dedication, commitment, responsiveness, innovation and professionalism of all of the Community Action staff across the state. We are grateful for our local and statewide community partners and our elected and appointed officials who value partnership, service, and continued collaboration.
Stay safe and healthy.
Happy Holidays!
