Did you know that Whitnall students enrolled in the French program have an opportunity to travel abroad during junior or senior year? During our recent spring break, ten teens traveled to France to spend five days with a host family with a French host brother or sister of their age, participating in daily activities and using their language in real life situations. The rest of the trip was spent sightseeing in Paris, climbing the Eiffel Tower, seeing Mona Lisa, and eating lots of croissants. You can find
the photo report of their trip here
.
What if you are not able to travel but still want to experience another culture? Then you can host a French teenager during this summer, and you don't even need to speak French. Families can opt to host for a full 3 weeks or 10 days in July. You can find
more information here
.
With all questions and inquiries about hosting, contact Natalia DeLaat, WHS French Teacher, at

With your donations, every Edgerton student is able to select several books to take home with them. Thank you for considering a donation!
