Learning Model Dashboard & Case Data
Our learning model dashboard and our case data can be found by visiting our Navigating 20-21 page. The dashboard is updated every Sunday evening. Student and staff case data is updated twice weekly (Friday and Tuesday evenings).
Meal Pick Up for Distance Learners | December 14
We will continue offering 5 day meal pick up on Mondays 11:30 AM - 12 PM at Door 15 at the high school for those students that are distance learners.

Letters to Santa
This holiday season, Whitnall DECA is working with Macy's to host a virtual Letters to Santa event. Anyone at any age can use the link below to send Santa a letter virtually to wish for their holiday gifts. For every submission, Macy's donates to Make-A-Wish on DECA's behalf. Check out the flyer! The link closes Tuesday, December 15.


Hales Corners Library
The Hales Corners Library’s hours of service over the holidays:

  • Closed on Thursday, December 24 and Friday, December 25
  • Closed on Thursday, December 31 and Friday, January 1
  • Open regular hours of service on all other days
  • Book drop is open 24/7 for all returns

Holiday Spirit Sale
The Whitnall High School school store, Charlie B’s, is conducting its third annual Holiday Spirit Sale. We are offering 10-15% off all spirit wear and spirit items from now until the end of the school day on Thursday, December 22nd. Yearbook Photo Selection
The last chance to pick your child’s yearbook image is Friday, December 18 9 AM. At this time, please select your yearbook portrait online from the multiple pictures taken this year if you have not already done so. Your images can be found by using the link emailed to you previously by Visual Image Photography ([email protected]), or by searching for your student at vipis.com (student ID needed). If you’re unable to view your image please contact VIP at [email protected], since a VIP image is needed to be included in the yearbook. If you do not select an image by the date above, your image will automatically be selected for you. There is no deadline to order photos.
Winter Gear
Winter is rapidly approaching. Please be sure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather. During the winter, students go outside for recess unless the wind chill is below zero. Don’t forget to label the clothing items.
