WHITNALL HIGH SCHOOL
ACT
The ACT day is a required state testing day, and all juniors will be taking the ACT in person on Tuesday, March 9 at Whitnall High School. This includes distance learners. Students in grades 9, 10, and 12 will have an asynchronous virtual day.
Graduation Items
Seniors who ordered a cap and gown and/or other graduation items should pick these up in the office during school days, 7 AM - 3 PM. If you still want to place an order, go to www.jostens.com.
Sock Drive
One sock, two socks, bring in NEW socks! In celebration of March Reading Madness, Whitnall High School is holding a sock drive to benefit a local homeless shelter. Please bring in NEW socks of all sizes throughout March. To make things more interesting, the grade level with the most socks wins a prize. Put your best foot forward. Donate socks for a great cause!

Online Falcon Fest Auction | March 17-20
Have you saved the date? The online auction is nearly upon us! Please continue following the Whitnall Falcon Booster Club Facebook page for updated sneak peeks of the wonderful items (over 75 to choose from) that the Falcon Fest Committee has gathered with the generous support of local businesses and Falcon families. 

It is not too late to donate, so if you are interested in doing so, please email [email protected]As always, 100% of money raised is funneled directly back to our students in the form of funding requests, capital projects, scholarships, concessions, club/activity initiatives, speakers, etc. WFBC is looking forward to hosting this special event and providing a high note to this challenging school year. 
Scholarships for Seniors
Senior Parents - this is your timely reminder that the Booster Club awards four scholarships valued at $500 each. Applicants must be graduating seniors who intend to enroll in a postsecondary institution, which may be a public or private university, college, or vocational/technical college. Students who are in good standing, have shown school spirit and demonstrate leadership skills either in or out of school are eligible to apply. Starting this spring we will no longer require a specific category for applications. 

The application form is simple and straight forward and must be turned in to the counseling office by April 1. Good luck and can't wait to read your essays! Here is the link.

Parent Teacher Conferences
Mark your calendars for March 25th for the WMS conferences, 4 - 7 PM. Conferences will once again be held virtually and by appointment invitation (from staff.) You are always welcome to contact staff about setting up a conference time if an appointment is not required.
Course Selection Updates
Students chose elective classes for next year in their Connect classes this week. Please review their selections in Infinite Campus and if you want to revise choices, please do so by Wednesday, March 3rd.
8th Grade Promotion Committee

EDGERTON ELEMENTARY
Yearbook Orders
You can now place an order for your Edgerton yearbook at VIP’s website by clicking here. This year, all yearbook orders will be placed online. The deadline for ordering is April 1st - please be sure to place your order before this time. For questions or additional information, please email [email protected]
Second Semester Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent teacher conferences will be held virtually on March 11 (4-6 PM) and March 12 (12-3:30 PM) by appointment. You should have received an email from your child’s teacher inviting you to sign up for a conference time. If you need assistance with the sign up, please contact your child’s teacher. Conferences will be held via a Google Meet. You will receive an email with a link the week of March 8. Please note that Friday, March 12 is an early release day. Students attend 8:35-11:20 AM. Buses will run as scheduled, however, there is no YMCA program that afternoon.
PTO Updates
Although the Edgerton dance is taking a hiatus this year, the PTO is excited to bring you an online auction as well as a great raffle with fun prizes donated by the EES staff. Linked below are the raffle descriptions along with printable tickets. There is also a flyer with information about the online auction. Raffle entries and cash/check payment must be submitted by March 5th. The online auction will be open February 26-March 1st. Thank you for your support of the PTO. With your help, they are able to provide many extra learning opportunities for our students.

HALES CORNERS ELEMENTARY
Second Semester Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent teacher conferences will be held virtually via Google Meet on March 11 (4-6 PM) and March 12 (12-3:30 PM) by appointment. You will receive an email with a link the week of March 8. Friday, March 12 is an early release day: students in K5 through grade 5 will be dismissed at 11:20 AM. Buses will run as scheduled, however, there is no YMCA program that afternoon. K4 students do not have school Friday, March 12.
Noon Hour Supervisor Opening

Spirit Wear Sale | Spring 2021
The deadline for ordering HCE and Whitnall spirit wear is Monday, March 1. This is the final PTO spirit wear sale for this school year. Spirit wear days are held once per month, and the class with the highest participation through the year will be provided a reward by PTO. Click this link for ordering information.
