Students Awaiting Test Results
Families are reminded that students who have been tested for COVID-19 need to stay home until test results are received, even if they begin to feel better. Please follow the following steps while you are awaiting your test results:

1. Please DO NOT SEND your child to school until he/she has been cleared to return by a member of health services.

2. If your child is negative, please send a copy of the results to the [email protected] email address. This documentation is needed to medically excuse these absences.

3. Continue to report your child's absences to your school as you normally do.

4. If your child is positive, notify [email protected] ASAP. Please provide the date when the symptoms started and any close contacts your child may have had within the district, outside of the classroom. Below are resources from DHS to help guide you as well.

You may also refer to the DHS Next Steps: While You Wait for Your COVID-19 Test Results fact sheet to guide you.

Please review these additional COVID Reminders.

These steps will help to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and keep our community safe.

Booster Club - Online Falcon Fest Auction
"Happy Second Semester! One down, one to go. With the concerns of the ongoing pandemic at the forefront of all of our minds, we have some bad news: we will not be holding our traditional Falcon Fest Fundraiser this year.

The good news: we will instead be hosting an online auction - you may have seen the “save the date” post for March 17 – 20 on our Facebook page this week. Our items will range from vintage arcade games to signed memorabilia to unique themed packages. As they come together please look for sneak peeks of them on both our Facebook page and website.

If you are interested in donating, please contact us at [email protected]We and the WHS students thank you in advance for your generous support. As always, 100% of moneys raised are funneled directly back to our students in the form of funding requests, capital projects, scholarships, concessions, club/activity initiatives, speakers, etc. We look forward to hosting this special event and providing a high note to this challenging school year."
