Interested in the items being considered at the next board meeting? Check out the agenda for March 18 on
our Agendas & Minutes page
.
*Please note that the K-12 music program will be a discussion item again on March 18. The board will not be taking action until a special meeting on April 1. This allows for more time to gather and consider parent feedback.

|
You should have received an email yesterday with a link to a survey about our K-12 music program. If you have not yet completed the survey, it is linked below. We are looking for feedback from ALL parents, regardless of your child's grade level or involvement in ensembles. There is even an option to select that you have no opinion. If you do have an opinion, the final question requires you to select your top THREE options.
If you do not select three options, know that the survey will not record your submission.

Next week, as a part of Whitnall Gives Back week, we are starting a snack pantry and need your help. Research shows that students who have increased access to nutritious food are more attentive and perform better in class. Many WHS staff members currently spend their own money to provide snacks to students who are hungry throughout the day. By establishing a snack pantry at school, we can take this responsibility off of staff and help students to return focus to academics. Snacks collected will be available to all students, regardless of financial situation. If we collect enough snacks throughout the week, there will be a staff/student dodgeball game next Friday! For more information on the drive, please see
