18-19 Infinite Campus Online Verification
Parents/Guardians are required to annually verify and update the information provided to the district pertaining to family contact information, medical and health records, and other Important information.

Included in the verification are the 18-19 Media Release Agreements. All families must determine whether their student(s) will have permission to be included in any media (digital or printed media). Video and photographs taken at school are generally candid photos, yearbook photos, group classroom activities, performances, and athletic games. Student names will not be included with individual images.

Selecting 'No Media' indicates the students' image will be EXCLUDED from being published on the Whitnall website, school-related local press, social media (official WSD and other school-related social media), school activity photos and videos, classroom digital portfolios, performances, and athletic games, and school annual yearbooks.

Students whose parents/guardians have not yet complete the verification and have not given consent will be EXCLUDED from the 18-19 school yearbook. If you have not completed the Online Verification through Infinite Campus, the deadline has now been extended to October 31st. Please call the district offices if you have questions (414) 525-8526 ( Accessing Online Verification Information )

Miracle Minute Tonight
Each year during homecoming, the Student Council finds pride in providing support to worthwhile charity causes in our community. This year, student leaders became aware of food insecurities within our own school. Student leaders learned about a deficit in Whitnall’s Charity Lunch account and were compelled to fundraise and try to make a difference. We need your help tonight to make this fundraiser a success. Please bring cash along to the game tonight to donate what you can during the 'Miracle Minute' that will take place at halftime. Thank you for your support.

Volunteers Needed
High school age volunteers are needed for the Children’s Hospital Respite program offered here at Whitnall High School on Saturday November 3 from 8:15 AM to 2:00 PM.

Parents of children with special needs, who participate in the Children's Hospital Respite program, can drop off their children and their siblings for a day of free childcare. One or two high school students are matched with each child to provide fun quality childcare. Students engage children in various activities--face painting, board games, arts and crafts, ball games in the gymnasium, and watching kids movies.

The event provides much needed relief to the parents who often have difficulty finding good quality care for their child. Whitnall is thrilled to be a host site for the program and incredibly proud of the tremendous amount of volunteer support we receive from our students and the community. Each year, Whitnall receives great feedback on the quality of our student volunteers.

As a host site for the event, Whitnall High School provides the space and volunteers to help care for approximately 80-100 children. More than 100 volunteers are needed to make the day successful. Nursing students from area colleges provide supervised nursing care for the children's toileting and medical needs.

More volunteers are needed to make the event a success. A link to the registration form, which must be completed at least one week in advance of the event, can be found at

Two additional forms are needed: a confidentiality agreement & background check form. Children's Hospital does a background check on on all registered volunteers.

Please complete the online registration and hand in the 2 download forms to Mrs. Callender in the counseling office (no social security number is needed on the form).

If you have any questions, please contact Janet Callender at (414) 525-8523 or [email protected]

Deposits to the account may be made online via Infinite Campus or by sending cash in a labeled envelope or check made payable to Whitnall Food Service to your child's school. Please allow one day processing time. As a reminder, Whitnall School District does not participate in the Federal Milk Program. The charge for milk to accompany a cold lunch from home is $.40. One milk is included with the menu meal options; additional milk will be charged at $.40.

A further reminder to those households participating in the Federal Free and Reduced School Lunch Program: Last year's approval for the free and reduced meal program expires on October 15, 2018. If you haven't already done so, please submit a new application for the current school year. Applications may be found on the District Website under the Food Service tab. Please send completed applications to Whitnall Food Service, attention Jean Rosenwald, or email to [email protected]. If approval for the program is not received by October 15, any charges incurred since September 4 are the responsibility of the household.
