A Message from the Superintendent
Happy Friday, Whitnall Families!

We have almost completed our first month of school for the 2019-2020 school year! Thanks to your support, we are off to a great start. Thank you for all of your questions and input, which allow us to continue to improve how we serve our families and students.

Today, we held our first educator professional learning day for this school year. We know the importance of a positive learning environment, and we are striving to make ours both physically and psychologically safe. This morning, we viewed the Milwaukee PBS video,   Kids in Crisis. Please consider watching it as well. This video is important and timely, considering that this month is suicide prevention awareness month. Following the video, our educators reviewed related techniques and strategies for supporting our students.

We would like to thank both the City of Greenfield Police Department and the City of Greenfield Fire Department for attending today's professional learning day to share updates on school safety.

There is soon to be lots of excitement and Whitnall pride around here, with Homecoming being next week! We hope to see you at the parade, at the game, rocking some Whitnall wear, and being all in! Go Falcons!
