We will also see why books such as Joshua and Judges are in the Prophets section of the Hebrew Bible.

The classes will be held on four Wednesday nights beginning March 5 from 7:00–8:30 p.m. in the Stewart Lounge. Pastor Greg will be the teacher. For more information, or to sign up, please contact him at ggolden@sangabrielcommunity.org.

Assistive Listening System Available in Sanctuary

We offer an Assistive Listening System in the Sanctuary for those that have mild to moderate hearing loss. These small devices will provide direct audio during the entire worship service and will allow you to adjust the volume to meet your individual needs. You must sit in the main center section of the sanctuary to use the system. The system is not available in the North or South chapels.

If you would like to take advantage of this new system, please stop by the sound booth.

Answers to Prayer

  • Sophia’s internship went wonderfully well! She not only loved the experience but also felt that it confirmed her desire to become a teacher.
  • We just returned from a wonderful retreat with World Team France, and we are so grateful for the time we had together. Nestled in the Swiss Alps, we enjoyed breathtaking views, fresh mountain air, and—most importantly—meaningful opportunities to connect, learn, and reflect. The retreat’s theme was prayer, and throughout our time together, we were reminded of the power and beauty of coming before God.

Prayer Requests

  • Laura’s health – for strength and healing.
  • Back-to-school transition – The kids returned to school on Monday after a two-week break. Pray for good health, and in particular for Eliana, as we’ve been dealing with back-to-back-to-back illnesses in our home.
