#GivingTuesdayCLT is an unprecedented collaboration of hundreds of Mecklenburg County nonprofits as well as corporations, local businesses, professional sports teams and community organizations working together for the greater good.

FREE Christmas Tree!

Philadelphia Presbyterian Church in Mint Hill has generously offered Veterans Bridge Home the opportunity to provide 30 veteran or military families with a free live Christmas tree as part of their Christmas Tree Santa program. Each recipient will receive a live Christmas tree, tree stand, ornaments (including handmade ornaments), and lights. The church will have volunteers who will help carry and tie trees to vehicles. Recipients will need to pick the tree up from Philadelphia Presbyterian Church in Mint Hill.
YMCA Krueger Reindeer Romp 5K
A fun, healthy event for the whole family that can become your favorite holiday tradition! Decorate your stroller or find a Santa costume and come ready to win a best decorated or best dressed prize! Enjoy hot chocolate, great food and pictures with Santa when you finish!
Saturday December 8th @ Harris YMCA
The Elder Gallery of Contemporary Art and VBH have teamed up for Charlotte's ONLY art exhibition with art made by Veterans, about Veterans, and for Veterans. This multidisciplinary exhibit that explores what it means to be a Veteran, and was listed by the New York Times as a "must see" exhibit in the southeast. Make sure to take a friend and check it out.
