SITREP
WHAT'S NEW? Throughout the month of May and beyond, VBH encourages Veterans and their families to learn more about mental health resources, sources of support for their mental health journey and treatment options in their communities. Connect with others, find a new passion, pick up a new hobby, rediscover joy, learn to forgive or reach out for support and resources as these are integral to having positive mental health!

When left to fill in the blank, Anthony stated his favorite quote: "Don’t be misled, bad company corrupts good character”.
