TIDBITS / NEWS / EVENTS

After riding and being involved with motorcycling for well over 50 years you would think my enthusiasm and love for it would decrease. Wow, how that couldn’t be more wrong!

I was under the weather for a couple of weeks, and during that time it seemed like all I thought about was motorcycles and riding. I watched YouTube videos on every aspect of bikes and riding. Cyndy and I are constantly talking about and planning our trip this year to Isle of Man TT races, and I can’t wait to ride my new Honda CRF300l again. There are so many exciting motorcycle things happening in 2022 with upcoming events, rides, as well as the complete remodel of Southern California Motorcycles is almost done. This is going to be a great motorcycling year.

I guess what I am trying to say is don’t let all the negativity of a virus and everything else get you down. Get out and ride your bike, plan trips, put some new accessories on your baby, get some new gear or just watch some motorcycle shows. You know your motorcycle will give you joy!
2022 Ducati Panigale V4 S First Ride
Ducati further hones its MotoGP-inspired Panigale V4 S.
Ducati’s Panigale V4 S Superbike ($29,995) is the crown jewel of the Italian brand’s lineup. As such, the Borgo Panigale factory continues to hone the performance of this V-4 powered rocket ship. Faster lap times with reduced rider effort is the name of the game. Will it be enough to keep Ducati atop the podium in the infinitely competitive liter-plus sportbike segment? To find out, we test rode the 2022 Ducati Panigale V4 S during its official international press launch event at the Circuito de Jerez–Ángel Nieto racing circuit in southern Spain.
